Always abuzz with energy, form times at the beginning, middle and end of each day form a vital part of school life. During this time, girls meet with their teacher to discuss the day, problem solve, organize their belongings and plan assemblies. Due to the small class sizes, form teachers get to know each pupil well and become the first port of call for any pastoral concerns.

There are a number of useful tools that are used across the school to help support the wellbeing of the girls. These include dedicated time for discussion and debate, feeling trees, problem solving boxes and daily mindfulness. We also embed basic mental health and wellbeing teaching within PSHCE curriculum, whilst using visual tools and techniques, such as feelings thermometers and emotion icebergs to explore feelings and coping strategies.
